This highly interesting, exciting and free, legal training course, starts off with a training class at the Royal Courts of Justice (the High Court), London. It then continues with a home study training session which can be completed in your own time. The training material is provided by way of e-mail attachments. No previous knowledge of law or experience is required to enrol on this course.

Imagine working inside the Royal Courts of Justice. A place often shown on television news, due to the high profile celebrity court cases often held there. Well, as part of a team, that is exactly what you will be doing on our ?working in law? simulation training programme. 

At the High Court (RCJ) you will be part of a small group (e.g. 30 students - divided into 5 groups of 6), so enrol early to avoid disappointment. You will be overseen by a qualified trainer as you work with other students just like yourself. Please be assured that you will never be asked or expected to carry out any work assignments on your own. 

And as already mentioned you do not need to have had any previous legal experience or knowledge of law. This is because this free course is about being trained how to do things (e.g. carrying out solicitor's instructions), it is not about learning the law. As a consequence every one on the course will be at the same level. No one should ever fear that they are going to look foolish or sound ignorant. The course has been designed to be interesting, useful, confidence building and fun.
