Paralegal Course

Course Contents

Module 1 gives you a an introduction to the general principles and procedures in English Law. Followed by an introduction to UK criminal and civil law.

Optional: In Module 1 an additional law unit can be included for those wishing to gain a more in depth understanding of a specific area of law e.g. conveyancing, criminal procedures click here for further details

Module 2 is in 6 sections and teaches many practical legal assignments carried out by a Paralegal within a typical High St firm of lawyers engaged in litigation.

Optional:: Attend two live Court Training Sessions, held at a Criminal and a Civil court. No extra charge if already enrolled on this course
